Practical experience in working on either of ASP.NET, WinForms, WPF and Silverlight technologies
Experience in multi-threading application development
Should be completely hands-on and sound knowledge of modeling tools
Expert in profiling, debugging and technical problem solving
Practical exposure to Test Driven Development process
Conceptual knowledge of TIBCO would be added advantage
Awareness about open source frameworks like PRISM, Log4net, Enterprise Library.
Knowledge of PL-SQL
Good communication skills, keen to share knowledge and best practices
Domain knowledge about banking is plus
