• Should have hands on experience in Lean Management Principles / Practices (at least 2 year); Coaching/Mentoring; and application of various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, V-Model)

Experience: 8 to 10 years

• Should provide training support to the users on IMEX application (Change Management) and Homologation (UAT)
• Should be able to create interfaces to other downstream applications such as SWIFT, Payments, Accounting, etc., including application management
• Should have expertise in setting up IMEX IT software (programs management parameters) and User Support (functional)
• Should possess business knowledge (functional and technical knowledge IMEX)
• Should possess excellent Chinese oral / written communication skills
  

Experience: 3 to 10 years

• Should have strong knowledge in Reference Data especially in security with good understanding of third party regulatory and compliance requirement
• Should possess good understanding of Oracle PL SQL; use business/domain knowledge to provide functional assistance to the development team
• Should have clear understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and must possess flare for comprehensive functional testing
• Should have experience in writing clear functional specifications based on business requirements
• Should have experience in working in onshore/offshore model including good communication skills
  

Experience: 3 to 5 years

• Should be working as a Sr. Technical Lead (entry level architect) with around 8 years of experience in IT (including 3 years of experience in Investment Banking domain)
• Should possess strong Java/J2EE skills along with experience in designing applications from scratch
• Should be an expert in core Java, Swing, Design patterns, Struts, Spring and Hibernate
• Should have good knowledge in Ui frameworks like JSF, GWT, Struts2; Enterprise application Integration using TIBCO; TIBCO suite of applications; Database concepts (Oracle, PL/SQL); and Content management tool – documentum is preferred
• Should be willing to code if necessary
  

Experience: 8 years

• Should possess experience of 1 to 2 years as Module Leader and must have clear understanding of software development life cycle and process oriented
• Should understand maintenance phase of project works, mature customer handling and have the ability to quickly understand functional context
• Should possess strong fundamentals in Core Programming in Java, Object Oriented Design and Database Design
• Should  have strong expertise in Java, Spring and Hibernate and knowledge of back-end Oracle Server and have the ability to work on new technology
• Should possess demonstrated and proven experience in designing enterprise applications; architecture application; framework design; high level and low level design using UML & Design Patterns; open-source tools, Continuous Integration, automated testing, Agile methodology; developing reusable software components based on the design specifications; preparing, conducting & leading code reviews; creating & enhancing and executing unit tests using test driven approach with JUnit, software factory (Maven, Hudson), etc.
• Should possess functional knowledge of applications to provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and resolving moderately complex development problems with good exposure to performance tuning, logging, monitoring, scalability, design by interfaces, caching
• Should be capable of working with clients to establish and maintain a consistent development methodology; must possess ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended
• Should have worked on at least one project with minimum 8 months period with experience in Investment Banking (would be an added advantage)

Experience: 5 to 6 years

• Should posses strong experience in Core Java and J2EE with minimum 2 years of experience in Spring, Hibernate, Struts and some AJAX framework
• Should have clear understanding of software development life cycle and process oriented
• Should have the ability to independently contribute towards technical designing for Java/JEE applications; possess strong fundamentals in Core Programming, JDBC, Object Oriented design & design patterns
• Should be good in configuring, setting up the applications on the application server and JAVA based application design; must be open to do coding, if required
• Should possess knowledge on Oracle PL SQL and should possess good experience in creating & executing unit tests using test driven approach with JUnit etc.
• Should be able to work on latest technology; experience of working in an onsite-offshore model would be an added advantage
• Should posses good analytical skills and be a quick grasper with good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience: 5+ years

• Should have the ability to write application code understanding the business requirements and specifications; should be able to write unit tests (JUnits) for the code written and ant/maven scripts
• Should posses strong experience in Core Java and J2EE with minimum of 6 months experience in Spring, Hibernate, Struts and some AJAX framework
• Should have clear understanding of software development life cycle and process oriented
• Should have the ability to independently contribute towards technical designing for Java/JEE applications
• Should have strong fundamentals in Core Programming, JDBC, Object Oriented design including the knowledge on Oracle PL SQL
• Should have experience in creating and executing unit tests using test driven approach with JUnit etc.
• Should have the ability to work on latest technology and must possess good analytical skills
  

Experience: 3+ years

• Should be an expert on VBA Macros (Excel and MS Access) and SQL
• Should possess good knowledge of corporate investment banking products and process along with monitoring of existing Macros and development of new Macros
• Should possess experience in UAT (with and without users)
  

Experience: 3 to 7 years

• Should possess good working knowledge of KYC and AML procedures including client on-boarding experience
• Should be a intermediary between Front Office and KYC data management teams
• Should possess very strong  knowledge of MS Office Excel
• Should update client information; creating and validating client accounts on a specific scope of activity while assisting front office personnel in their legal and regulatory obligations for client due diligence
• Should be capable of reviewing all client creation requests to ensure required documentation is provided / updated for KYC
  

Experience: 2 to 5 years

• Should be able to understand application in terms of functionality and technology; provide L1 support to applications and monitor daily all ETL jobs for the application
• Should provide first level analysis for all failures, before passing on the details to the application development team; needs to create referential data, users and other such administration tasks
• Should be able to effectively share with team members the best practices and possess the ability to work with customers and teams across locations
• Should have basic knowledge of banking and risk monitoring; knowledge on SQL, RDBMS concepts would be an added advantage
• Should be able to work with testing tools like QC and able to speak in French and must be able to work closely in a team
• Should possess strong analytical & communication skills
