Description :
Key Objective:

1) Act as the key communication point between the author of the Business, Functional & Technical specification documents and the test team – providing guidance and acting as a local SME
2) Structure the test conditions in QC so that full coverage of the requirements documents is achieved – and amend as required
3) Review defects & participate in testing 25% of the time
4) Review & explain release notes in conjunction with the TM

Experience:

1) 5+ years experience as a business analyst
2) Must have firm understanding of the securities trade life cycle & business function of Operations post trade
3) Some of that time can have been spent as test analyst
4) Worked in a globally distributed team previously

Skills Set:

>>Understanding of the SDLC
>>Preferable to have used or understand QC or similar tool eg Rational suite
>>Use Case & Requirements methodology
>>Change request process

Other Must Have:

>>Must have good communication skills
>>Must have a hands on approach and be able to participate in test execution when time permits
>>Must be able to act as a mentor to the Test Executors to enable them to gain domain knowledge

Urgent Job opening for Treasury test Lead for Australia

Position : Test Team Lead ( Permanent )
Job Location :  Australia ( plz those who find their cv is matching according to below requirement can only apply )

1) Must have experience in Institutional Banking
2) Must have previous Banking experience
3) Advanced experience working as a test analyst on multiple projects, primarily in the financial services industry, ideally in Treasury.

4) Experience as Test Lead with accountabilities to deliver testing projects to set time frame and stakeholder requirements.
5) Must have experience working within a large, complex organisation and with highly integrated systems and multiple stakeholders
6) Experience with testing tools. Experience with Quality Centre will be highly regarded
Experience with structured products. Good exposure to multiple financial products (swaps, bonds) would be highly regarded.
7) Exposure to General Ledgers, Chart of Accounts, balances & ledger postings is desirable
Experience testing multiple interfaces both real time and batch processing systems is highly desirable
Experience with any of the Treasury systems (as described below) is desirable but not essential

Applications to be tested include: -
1) Summit system for issuance of Structured Financial Products
2) Knowledge of the following applications is required: -
