Job Description:
• Candidate should have good Experience on BFSI projects as a Business Analyst role.
• Experience in Banking or Financial Markets any area with Consulting mindset
• Ability to understand clearly the user requirements and translate it to the software development team.
• Understanding of Defect Workflow, Life cycle
Strong client interaction, communication skills.
• Candidate should be Engineering graduates with BA experience/exposure
• Non-engineering graduates with BA experience
• People from the banking Industry will be welcome
• Change Management or related Project Management experience
• Detailed knowledge and experience of project life cycle
• Experience of a range or project types and business areas is desirable
• Flexibility to work on a variety of projects across multiple sites
• Willingness to study for agreed professional qualification is desirable
